"They came to do the gutters and saw there was a problem with the roof. He identified the roof problem and took a picture and showed me the problem. He told me while he was up there, he could make a temporary repair. I give them an "A" because they saw some problem and identified it even though that was not the reason why they were up on the roof. They give you the minimum of $160 to come out. Plus they did the repair on the roof, I thought that was economical for the work that was done. They were exactly on time."
