"Our previous deck was quite unsafe (the stairs were falling off, several beams were not secure, and the deck itself wasn't properly attached to our house). Deck and Shed Pros built a new staircase to our rooftop deck and repaired the other unsafe elements, and now it looks great and gives me peace of mind. "Great job!! The deck opening and added steps looks very professional and feels very sturdy. James and Dave worked to make sure the work was done very shortly after HOA approval and they ensure everything was done properly. All the materials matched my original decking perfectly. The guys that did the actual work were very skilled at their craft and made sure the fittings and all were perfect. I am pleased with the final product and happy I can now walk off my deck into my backyard. Thanks all!!"

"Kurt was easy to reach via email or telephone. Apprised us of his approach to stripping our deck of its horrible paint coating and was upfront of the general cost during his first visit. He did need to be reminded to provide a specific contract upfront. Otherwise, deck restoration work progressed quickly once weather conditions permitted start and Kurt finished the large project within a few days."

"Having any work done during a pandemic can be a challenge, but working with Sean and his team was great. We had 4 estimates to replace a 36 year old deck with a composite deck. American Deck and Patio gave us a very detailed proposal with many options which helped us get to the amount we budgeted for the project. A couple of little hiccups were solved quickly and Sean answered any questions promptly. We love our new deck and look forward to enjoying it this summer."
