"Forget Len the Plumber. Use Eric Straus instead. He is efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Due to a knee replacement, I needed a higher toilet and a grab bar. ASAP. "This was my second experience with Richards Drain Service. Robert removed a cracked toilet and replaced it with a new one. The old toilet had been in place for over 50 years and the mounting was completely fused with rust. He had to cut the bolts off with a saw to remove the old toilet.
