I hired Houser Construction LLC for an interior paint project (Living Room and Dining Room). Brandon did an amazing job. I am 1000% satisfied with the result. It looks better than the day I moved in. Prompt, detail-oriented, and an overall very nice guy. I usually do these sort of jobs myself but a moldy spot on our textured kitchen ceiling made me call in a professional. There was evidence that someone else had tried and failed to match the texture before we bought the house and I was not going to make a mistake I would be looking at for years. Brandon came and not only completely remediated the mold so there was no chance of it spreading, but so perfectly matched the existing texture that I had a hard time figuring out where his patch ended and the original texture started. This is the third time we've contracted him for a project and not only will I not hesitate to do so again, but he is the only contractor I recommend to friends and family. Thank you Brandon!

I can't say enough positive things about Brandon and his team! First, he gave us a very fair estimate and was very quick in getting it back to us. He also did a wonderful job painting the house from top to bottom. It is really transformed -- the ugly gray walls are now a fresh, bright white and everything looks great. Brandon is flexible, easy to work with and a very nice person as well. We are already planning to call him for another project after our move. Thank you, Brandon and Harry!

Brandon was prompt. If he was running late he would contact us. His work was excellent. He brought and mixed the paint, spread drop cloths over everything. He was very careful with our belongings and cleaned up very well before he left. He repaired things we hadn’t even noticed. Our job was difficult because it included a ceiling 2 stories off the floor. Update for the full bathroom job that he just finished: He installs a new low flush toilet, a new cabinet, lighting fixture and mirror. He is experienced in many different areas, electric, plumbing, lighting and painting. He gives speedy estimates and follows through with them. He has very professional workmanship. The owner supplied all the paints and all the other materials. He purchased bathroom vanity and toilet and mirror as well.

Brandon did a GREAT job. He provided a detailed estimate with everything we discussed. I told him I wanted him to do the job on Tuesday and he started on the following Tuesday. He finished faster than promised and he was meticulous. He spent considerable time preparing with taping everything off, etc. I am certain that I will be hiring him again.

Brandon, acted very professional, His estimate came in at a reasonable price. The work he did was excellent. The time estimated for the job was accurate. We are very pleased with the work he did which looks really nice. Update as of 05/29/2021: The project went fine except afterwards when I was cleaning up my downstairs getting all the sanding remints off the carpet I noticed a lot of paint on my carpet. This was not obvious unless you where looking behind doors and up close to the wood work. I am disappointed in this aspect of the job. I did give a glowing review before I found all the paint on my carpet. I feel the amount of paint is too much for a professional painter to leave behind. Unfortunately, I feel it necessary to change my glowing review to one that is not as optimistic. There is also a spot on the wall that does not look finished properly under one of the windows. I did not notice this until I sat on the coach on looked over at the wall and saw a weird mark on the wall. The rest of the painting looks fine.

Contacted owner (Brandon) on the phone and sent address one week in advance, for possible work to be completed. Estimate was agreed upon and start date was given. Owner contacts me 2 hours before start time and says "I just checked your address and you are out of my area and I won't be able to do the work"!! Service area verification should of been apart of the initial conversation, so if anyone goes with this company make sure they do service your area or you might be surprised when they don't show up, because you are out of their radius.

The work performed was superb!!!!! Houser Construction worked on three projects. (1) Replace drywall and vanity in main bathroom. Excellent Job and completed in a timely manner. (2) Laundry Room drywall issue and dry vent. Again another excellent job! (3) Repaired, powerwashed and stain outdoor deck. Wow! wonderful job. All three jobs were reasonably price with a good explanation of the work as well as completing the three jobs in a timely manner! Thank you so much! I would definitely use this company again!!!!

The work performed went great. I did a make-shift job of installing the drywall myself and attempting to mud and tape. I quickly noticed I am not an artisan for mudding drywall and called Carey. Carey and team did an excellent job making the drywall look seamless. He also painted the basement ceilings white and walls a Sherman Williams gray. They hung doors as well. Amazing professional job. One month later, I called him again to install 600 sq ft. of ceramic tile. The tile is 6x24". They did an amazing job and it was complete in 5 working days.

Excellent. I also hired him last year to paint the whole interior of my home. For all of your construction needs, you can't beat his prices, his work ethic and his great and personable attitude. I run an animal rescue in the house and some vendors won't work with dogs or cats in the area, but Carey Houser [Houser Construction] was able to navigate the situation.
