"I hired Richard's Drain to clear a clogged drain. However, when he arrived, he spent a good deal of time examining my problem to determine whether I needed my line snaked or not. He helped me see where my problem was and that I did not really have a clogged drain. He charged a minimal (fair) fee for his time. I was definitely happy to have an honest plumber that was not going to charge me for unnecessary services. I will definitely use him again."

"I have used Roy for three items, the latest being a hot water heater replacement (mine had a super vent, hence the higher cost). I first used Roy for a subpump emergency a few years ago. He came out the same day, actually at night with little notice. He replaced the subpump quickly and professionally.
