"Initially very responsive on the initial quote, and extremely competitive on the price. However, after our project got more complicated (we needed a custom gate solution), things went downhill. From then on, we ran into issues as the materials took weeks longer than they promised to arrive, they were not good at communicating with us on the continually sliding delivery times, and then there were issues with the installation that required substantial rework. Carlos is friendly, honest, cooperative, hardworking, and committed to providing a good solution. I would use them again for simple jobs, but would not recommend them for anything that is custom or complicated."

We coordinated with our next door neighbor who was getting the same work done and had worked with Mason before and they built both our fences and gates in teh same day. Mason was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process and produced top notch work that we are very happy with. Our project was unique and complicated given several obstacles including our existing ground level deck, our neighbor's property sitting a few feet higher than ours and a huge tree on the property line that posed some design challenges.
