"Very happy with what Rema did. He came on time, analyzed the problem, and cleaned the clogged drain for exactly what he said it would cost the night before. He was careful, methodical, and very professional. He was also very neat and cleaned up as he worked and after he was finished. "They showed up on time and got right to work. The actual installation went okay. They, however, did a very poor job of cleaning up behind themselves. Also, when they refilled the hole they dug it wasn't close to being level with the rest of the yard. Instead there was a very visible large mound of dirt. I contacted them a week or so after having the work done, to discuss a concern, and the person I spoke with completely blew me off and dismissed my concern. That is when they lost any opportunity for repeat business from me."
