East Coast Concrete did an exceptional job on demo and replacing my walkway and front porch. This was not a small job with almost 500 square feet of demo and replacing. The job was started quickly after signing a contract and was completed in two days. The work and effort done with Jake, the estimator, Jack the onsite supervisor and East Coast Concrete crew was great. I can highly recommend East Coast Concrete.

I hired East Coast concrete to repair a concrete slab in my backyard as well as cracks around the entire perimeter of my exterior walls. These guys did a superb job! They completely waterproofed my exterior walls and repainted everything. Everything looks brand new and I'm completely confident that it will hold up well with this crazy Maryland weather. I would definitely recommend them to any of my neighbors or anyone who needs concrete work.

Grossly over promise and grossly under delivered .They will never get it. Another contract for me, and I'll do everything I can to tell everybody else that this should be the last person to go to. They weren't very responsive. They weren't very professional. One of the diets that worked there had very rude comments. They required a check before starting the project, and then when they came back, they wanted another check and then still didn't start. It said they were looking for material so the company, um? To me, it wasn't very professional or customer focused. The people that they sent out here were abrasive. They were Kurt. And very condescending me when I told him I was going to call the Maryland Home Improvement commission. Finally, they sent another person out here, and his name was Jake. Jake told us that he would have the project completed by the end of the That was last week, didn't call, nor did it come? We told them when we had when we started with the project and we had two events coming up that we wanted to use the deck. We wound up having to do the first event inside the second event, they said. 70, ask them would they have it completed by four o'clock on Friday? They said yes, it's four o'clock or five o'clock on Thursday.I called, and I said the project isn't completed. And the smart, elegant Mark I received, well, it ain't Friday here. And people were here at the house while they were quoted finishing the project and the project was still interesting. And it's more of a safety hazard now than before they got it. Project. It's like at least our death was safe when they came aboard, it's not even safe. Now, my partner fell down the steps and had to go to urgent care. So he's got two stitches in his hands from falling down the stairs, and he has a brace for his wrist. And he has to go back to Orthopedics for them to check again. Thank God it wasn't a lizard.

Because these guys, Jake and Jack, are so conscientious, they came over and installed my bay window AC to hold me until they install the new bay window, which is on order. I know of no other contractor who would take an hour out of a Sunday to come help an older client out like that. Now I'm not sweltering anymore. These guys are good, and they have a lot of heart.

Jack and Jake were a pleasure doing business with. The brick porch and railings turned out real nice.

The job was done well and we are very satisfied with the finished project. Shout out to Jack and Jake for the professionalism exhibited throughout this project. I never called once that somebody didn’t answer the phone personally. No answering service run around. The job: Built us new wooden back steps Put in a new concrete driveway Put in the white 6 foot fencing All materials hauled away for an absolutely beautiful clean up job.

Hardworking crew that was able to safely and quickly get my project on track by replacing damaged wood on my deck. I will definitely keep their contact information for future projects!

Hopefully the picture shows, most I took were too large to upload, but I can tell you the end result is beautiful and will be so much easier to walk up to the door now thanks to the wonderful work of the framer. Everyone that worked on this project was professional and clearly knew what they were doing.

I was very happy to have East Coast work for me my step look very good even my neighbors are telling me my steps look good my steps had holes in them and we had a rat problem and I was afraid to walk down my steps 2am in the morning to take my granddaughter to work Thank you for being there East Coast.

It has been extremely frustrating trying to get in contact with anyone?especially Jack. After numerous calls and messages, Jack finally responded and scheduled an appointment to inspect the stress cracks forming in our concrete. Unfortunately, he failed to show up for the scheduled visit, and did not call to cancel or reschedule. We have now spent over a month trying to get this issue addressed, consistently leaving messages?at least once a week?without any meaningful response. When Jack finally agreed to a second appointment, he once again did not show up, offering no communication or explanation. This is not only unprofessional, it also shows a complete disregard for our time?we had to rearrange work schedules twice to ensure we were available. What makes this even more concerning is the nature of the issue. These are stress cracks in the concrete that appear to be worsening. We are trying to get ahead of the problem before it becomes more serious and potentially more costly.

They were quick & polite. They came in and knocked the deck out in less than two days despite the weather. My deck looks great and am looking forward to using it this summer!

There was a crew of three woman that came to my home to clean the mud on my basement floor, it must have taken them three hours. The job was outstanding.

Three months ago, I hired East Coast Concrete LLC to due my kitchen project. I was referred to them by a coworker. They were very precise on timing of project and cost was pretty reasonable. Some of these companies are way overpriced. They did a marvelous job. Kitchen is beautiful. I definitely call them back for another project in near future.

I can't say enough positive things about East Coast Concrete... their name doesn't tell the entire picture, because they repaired our primary bathroom even better than it was before the water damage! Their management and crew were professional from start to finish, I highly recommend and will be hiring them for any project we have in the future,

I had East Coast come and replace my drive way and they did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

said they would do the work 8AM Friday morning. No Show, and no rain. No Call, I called after 9Am and was told no concrete today will be tomorrow. I tried getting in touch with Luke, Jack and company to confirm. Could not leave mail due to various reasons as mailbox not set up, mailbox full. and no one would answer. Luke texted me Friday after 10Am and said not today because it's going to rain, called him at that time and he did answer and said it's going to rain and can't do the work. I said if he would have been here in the morning the work could have been done and told him the difficult communication I have had with him and this company. His excuses don't match the truth, and I am cancelling all work with him and this company and requesting my $1,100 first payment back. Thair failure to communicate and poor business practices have left me no option but to cancel all services requested and my $1,100 first payment back. He said OK and would tell all the others.

Enter into a contract with them on May 26 2025. They were to start at 8am on May 31 Noone showed so I text them at 840 to see what was going on was told be there shortly. Someone finally arrived at almost 1pm. He had no idea what he was here to do. Also there was a language barrier he didn't understand me. He called someone else pit me on the phone with them to figure out what he had to do. He then ask if I had a drill because he has no tools. What company sends someone out without tools? He partially takes out screws on my steps. He also relives himself in my backyard. Again what kind of company is this. Next day they show up at 830 guy starts work. Then I realized he left went down to see work. Horrible just horrible. Only replaced 3 of 5 stringer boards. Wood holding the steps is not level. No trex tape put down. They were to replace broken railing they did not and on top of that they broke another piece. Then they left all the rotted wood nails screws etc all over my yard and bac
