"Innovative Home Improvement is hands down the best contractor I've hired. They are professional, courteous, and hard working. I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! "Fox Creek Buillders did a great job taking off my old wood siding, replacing multiple rotten window sills outside, wrapping all wood around windows, installing new gutters. Couldn’t be happier with the finished project. Max was great to deal with and helped me so much picking out the siding. Juan and his workers worked so hard and were always there on time. I would definitely recommend them!!!"

"From pre-sales through signing the certificate of completion, Presidential Exteriors provided first rate, professional, courteous, and friendly service. The new windows and doors work flawlessly, look fantastic, and have cut outside noise too boot. The new siding and trim work look fantastic. My only critique was the clean up on the windows and doors job could have been a lot better. Keeping in mind everyone has an off day, that won't stop me from inquiring about having my vinyl shutters replaced to match the new doors. How did I not notice think of them before?"

The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process. "Fantastic roof job. Very careful- we have not found a single nail in our yard, flowerbeds were covered and they were careful not to damage them.. Fast- Erick showed up the day I called for a quote, and then the day of service they were in by 7:30 and out by about 3:30. Very fair price- 3 got three quotes and Erick's was the lowest but offered exact same service. Good- the roof looks great, flashing well done, everything even and smooth. Would definitely recommend them. The only lesson I learned? And this is just an FYI, nothing to do with Canales- If you have stuff in your attic, I recommend covering it with a tarp. The old asphalt roof grit falls in the old nail holes and makes a mess."
