I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. "Peak was amazing from start to finish and made the whole experience simple. They came out and took some pictures and measurements. Pete sat down with us and talked through different options and features for new siding. He was very knowledgeable about the products and worked to get us the best option within our budget. They also have imaging software to show us what the products and colors would look like on our house. After picking the siding we wanted they kept us updated with scheduling of product delivery and start date for their siding crew. Whole siding process took three days, they disposed of all the old siding and cleaned up everything when they were done. Great company to work with and our house looks absolutely amazing!!"
