"Was very rude on arrival, choosing to discuss how the warranty company may not cover a small cost part rather than why that part might be the issue. Then when they received the part just a few days after the initial visit from the distributor (which was validated and confirmed by the shipper and warranty company) no contact or attempt to complete the repairs were made. I had to work with the warranty company to try and get JC Appliance to respond which they did not, and now I?m left to use a new company, have them reorder order the part, and now wait about 90 days for a simple door latch fix. My guess is warranty work didn?t pay what he wanted or he didn?t want to deal with the company at all and I was left with the ramifications from that. Do not recommend on all fronts, but especially for anything warranty related. Bad etiquette and bad business."

"Home Systems Appliance Repair did an excellent repair on my 18 year old panel-ready 42 inch Built-In counter depth GE Profile Refrigerator. The original GE tech who looked at the leak in the freezer evaporator a year ago, told me the refrigerator was non repairable because the "vacuum pump" retrofit part it needed was no longer available. After paying his $200 visit fee for a 2 minute consultation, he offered me a discount on a new GE refrigerator to fit which had not been built yet. Fast forward to now, GE does have 42 inch built-in counter depth Monogram side-by-side for $12,000 and $2,000 of Kraftmaid panels. Home Systems Appliance Repair cost me $400 to identify and fix a broken heat transfer tab in the freezer evaporator unit. I saved $15,000 - - not bad for paying Appliance Repair for a 2 hour job. They seriously looked and found the problem. I highly recommend Manny (the tech who did the work), and Home Systems Appliance Repair. Susan"
