Bruno's Appliance should be blacklisted for this unconscionable and clear cut case of discrimination as that is precisely what had transpired. Initially when I telephone for information Ryan was quite polite and patient with the questions I had having no prior experience of any kind with purchasing a major appliance let alone a used one. I explained to him that my husband killed himself and left me panic-stricken and in the fight of my life. I suppose this was more information then he cared to hear and rambling took to much of his time and it's my firm belief that I got on his nerves. I apologized for talking so much about my state of desperation, I get on my on nerves. I am endlessly stunned how disgracefully the disabled are mistreated at every turn, I hate not working but hate more being deemed a throw away. Ryan told me for installation all obstacles must be cleared away for them as they would not be willing to move anything and would turn and leave. I broke my already broken back banging out the shelving and moving furniture that took all night only to wait 10 hrs. for nothing. My cat and dog are my friends, children and family and only thing I have left. The cat takes insulin and I dropped and broke the bottle the first morning Bruno's was to come so I called to see if I could get to the Vet and not miss them but the message went unanswered only to be cancelled at 6pm and too late to get there. He'd be ok for one day. The next day same thing, I asked for a simple answer "are you coming am or pm? Ignored. Finally clock ticking til Vet closing and the call comes saying another 1-2 hrs. because they where driving from the exact place (35 miles) away as my Vet so I ask if they would go in and it would be ready and handed to them. Not the norm I know but I took a shot as they wasted my time for what now would be a second day. At 6pm I spoke to Ryan and told they on there way and never heard from him again. This guy deliberately left me in the most difficult and impossible situation imaginable and reduced me to begging, BEGGING and pleading messages for his help. I asked how anybody could knowingly inflict this cruelty upon a disabled person for no other reason then my guess is I got on his nerves. He does not come from a place of accommodating his customers he does only what he wants to and the h*** with everybody else. It occurred to me that his clientele are most likely all of low income or the poverty of both body and soul that disability brings. It is my personal opinion that this explains the arrogant behavior and unjustifiable denial to purchase an appliance from Bruno's. Please give this man his wake up call. You should never take a persons dignity ; it means nothing to you but everything to them. Don't patronize this business go else where!
Description of Work: Bruno's Appliance and notably (Ryan) the proprietor conduct was absolutely contemptible and most likely unlawful for the ordeal I experienced in my attempt to purchase a stove, washer/dryer. It was and is my feeling that Bruno's operates as if they are doing you some favor by purchasing from them, there communication is atrocious. Given a very broad time frame which is no time frame at all I waited all day long only to canceled at 6pm and it was treated "tough luck" your at there mercy. I am a disabled women ruined with spinal injuries but that is small by comparison to the profound trauma's perpetrated upon me. I have no one to depend on ever except my dog and cat who are my only company and sole reason to live. My fall into now living in poverty was a huge one (top to bottom) overnight and left me terrified of everything so every penny I spend has to be well thought out as there is no room for error. I explained many of my fears to Ryan and anyone who simply hears the obvious strain from constant stress in my voice has no doubt of the distress I'm in. Bruno's Appliance courtesy of the owner Ryan I'm sure, allowed me to wait and pace the day too. Eventually he responded to my calls around 5pm with claims that they are indeed making the delivery that evening. NO SHOW! I WAS DENIED THE PURCHASE AND SERVICE FROM HIS BUSINESS THAT HE ADVERTISES AND PROMOTES PUBLICLY!

Got a great used refrigerator. Price was $320 and delivery was $40. Comes with a 6 month warranty. Originally I purchased a Stainless Steel Fridge from them, but when they delivered it I realized that it opened the wrong way and for many stainless steel fridges, you can't switch the door. They were very nice about it and told me that if it wasn't good for me they would find me another fridge that would work. I ended up getting another great fridge from them and they took the other one back. Both fridges were in very good condition and clean. Would definitely recommend.
Description of Work: Bought a used refrigerator from them. Fridge was 320 and delivery was 40. The fridge was in great condition and they delivered it the same day. They also switched the door for me for an extra 15. Fridge comes with a 6 month warranty which is comforting when buying a used appliance.
