Service and attitude were great. Called for an active leak in the basement. 2 gentlemen came out, quickly assessed the situation, fixed the leak and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Very reasonable invoice as well. I'll definitely use them again. :-)

I called and asked for an estimate to replace an existing sump pump. The price quoted was very reasonable and $175.00 less than another company. The work was promptly scheduled. They arrived on time and the new sump pump was installed very quickly. We have not had any rain since it was installed but, I am confident there will not by any issues. Great, friendly service!

My next-door neighbor recommended this plumber and from the moment I called to the completion of the services needed it was a great experience. The initial call gathered the information needed and within a couple of hours "Joe" called to schedule an appointment. He came that afternoon and provided an estimate of the work to be done (labor and materials except for the faucet sets which I provided). While there he looked at the outside hose bibs and determined he needed to come back with the needed parts. The work took about 4 hours for the other items about two days later. Joe was efficient, cleaned up after his work, disposed of the old parts, explained the warranties and DIY maintenance for the garbage disposal, etc., and evrything continues to work well.

I was very pleased with Laurel Plumbing. They were super responsive and happened to have same-day availability. The plumber that came out was very courteous and personable (and good with pets!), completed the work efficiently and kept me in the loop with the different steps he was taking. Based on comparative quotes, this was a very reasonable price. I will be using them from now on as my go-to plumbing company.

It went perfectly. The crew arrived at 8:30 am and had the whole job done by 4:45 pm the same day. The amazing thing is that they were ready to do the job the day after we had them out to see what had to be done, but we told them we needed a day to remove old boxes of junk stored in the area of the sump pump. We had them come a day later and everything worked out perfectly.

Dave assessed the situation and rapidly saw that it was the disposal (25 years old), he had brought one with him, corrected it quickly and cleanly, polite, inobtrusive and very rapid service.Also, they came out in about 45 minutes of my call to them which is phenomenal. It went great. The causes of leaks were quickly identified and fixed right away. Luckily, the repair men had all parts in their van. I was very happy with the services provided. Professional, polite and knowledgeable.

It went perfectly. I called him about 8am and he and he arrived at our house within a couple hours and started work immediately. He had the old water heater removed and a new one installed in less than 3 hours after he arrived at our house. It would have been sooner but we have no floor drain so he had to use a small water pump to empty the old water heater into a laundry sink.

Everything installed and worked with no problem. Minimal disruption.

They did good work. I switched I think to a different one but I was satisfied with Laurel Plumbing enough. As I recall they gave a reasonable price and they came quickly so all was well. They did fine. I don't remember why I ended up switching companies.

I left a voice mail for Laurel Plumbing first thing in the morning and was called back within hours.  Bernie promised a plumber would be out that day.  Joe came and did the repair in record time.  The price was exactly what I anticipated.  I will definitely be using Laurel Plumbing again.
