The sale was done over the phone and the dishwasher was installed the following week. Bobby and Sean were great. "He came over to install. Puttered around four 6 hours. However, he was unable to install. As a result of his limited ability on this day, he frayed the connector to the water pump. It appears he tried to fix this by gluing it back together(see photos). This is a brand new dishwasher and the connector from the dishwasher, that allows the tubes to connect to the water pump were frayed. Was not complete. We need the them to either pay to replace the part and have installed at another provider install or replace the dishwasher because they broke it."
