Home Depot were great. I received everything in a timely manner - actually, much sooner than estimated. I had the countertop professionally installed. I believe it was a subcontractor but they were expert, they were knowledgeable, I couldn't be more pleased. The cabinet doors are going to be a DIY but the boxes have arrived, I have inspected most of the product and it is in perfect condition. Everybody at Home Depot went above and beyond. The people I worked with were awesome.

The people who came out prior to the installation were great but the installer was very moody. His superiors know about that. They said he does such good work that they overlook it. My stairs were done incorrectly by someone else and he was sent to fix it and he would not touch it because it was done differently from when he left it. He kind of had a hissy fit.

We purchased the ceramic floor tile for the Kitchen floor that another contractor installed.

The retail was supposed to be $18,000 and I got a discount for $12,800. The communication was very poor. They used subcontractors for the work. The cabinet refacer that also did the countertops was a very good worker but I had to listen to him complain every day that he was here. It wasn't very professional. I possibly might use them again; I'm not sure.

I can say that I was not real pleased. I felt like we were misled and led into buying a couple of things were not what I wanted. The salesperson convinced me that it was what I wanted. I felt hurried. When they arrived we had some damage, and they were very good about helping us with that. I would say the process in the beginning of actually laying out the cabinets with the salesperson and ordering the cabinets, I was not pleased with the salesperson I had there. I would say the customer service once I started having problems was very good. Some people were professional and some weren’t.

Ron, at this Home Depot, Edgewood in the flooring department is exceptional in his customer service. The whole process from ordering to installation went very smoothly.

I was satisfied with the work that was done. The quality was very good. I would use Home Depot again in the future.

The contractor worked from 8:00a.m until 5:30p.m. non-stop. He was extremely professional and very friendly. Also, the sales staff at the store couldn't be more helpful. We had rebates that the main rebate center refused us, but the manager at the store honored the rebate and credited us. We have had many compliments on the door. We are extremely satisfied.

THE CARPET WAS DELIVERED IN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED. THEY CALLED TO SET UP THE TIME FOR INSTALLATION, WORKED WITH US FOR A CONVENIENT TIME, SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE VERY FRIENDLY and POLITE, WORKED QUICKLY, and CLEANED UP BEFORE LEAVING.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO CALL AN ELECTRICIAN FOR MORE VOLTAGE TO BE BROUGHT IN THE HOUSE. AT FIRST ONLY 2 BURNERS WORKED BUT THE DELIVERY MEN WERE VERY NICE.
