Excellent service, competitive pricing, dedicated to getting the job done right, thorough attention to detail in both sales and installation, punctual, conscientious, hard working, and they really listen to customer concerns. We needed to replace four 20-year old Maytag appliances. Jarvis sales rep, Jimmy, showed me how to save money by purchasing all four appliances from a single manufacturer for additional rebates. He further encouraged me to wait until Jarvis had its Black November sale for more aggressive pricing. Jimmy also found and offered me a top-of-the-line microwave that’s a floor model that he could sell me brand new (ie., with all the warranties, etc) for less than the model we were considering. Jarvis not only excelled at sales but installation too. Their standard operating procedure is to send out a seasoned installer to the site and confirm that the appliances will fit properly as well as anticipate any additional materials or changes that might be needed to make the installation run smoothly. Well that didn't happen by mistake in our case. What really impressed me was how much effort they made to make up for this oversight and ensure that we would be satisfied. When the installers arrived, they realized that three of the four appliances would require special handling to fit and work properly. The microwave oven was much larger than its predecessor. The cooktop was smaller than the hole in the counter space, just like the previous cooktop. And the wall oven needed a higher voltage circuit breaker, a larger hole in the wall, and some wall tiles would need to be removed, cut and regrouted. The installers were resourceful and cooperative. They did the best they could and made everything fit and work properly. The wall oven, however, still needed a new circuit breaker, and the tile still needed to be cut and regrouted. The cooktop also used the same old plastic frame to fit on top of the counter. Kevin, CEO and head of installation, visited our home several times to order the parts needed, get the tile cut (note: we checked with several stores like Home Depot and Lowes who refused to cut the tile) correctly, and reinstall the tile to match its previous decor. He had to order a special new frame for the cooktop from California. He installed the circuit breaker and got everything done within a month, despite the heavy volume of sales from the Black November sales event. Jarvis did not charge us for any of this extra attention and service. (note: Best Buy told me that I would have had to pay an electrician to install the new circuit breaker as well as cut the tile and reinstall it myself. They don't do it.) We were very pleased with the conscientious way that Kevin paid attention to every detail to make sure that the job was done right. Jarvis clearly deserves a 5-STAR rating and I would not only recommend them to anyone, I would only use them again.

KNOWLEDGE; QUALITY; SERVICE; PRICE - this is why I come to Jarvis. I am a long time customer of Jarvis Appliance who lives in another state. In the past, I have helped my Mom and brother buy appliances and I chose Jarvis Appliance because there is NO BETTER customer service and support whether it is Sales (Brett Marshall's service is 5 Star; Denis Mueller -- another 5 Star-- was amazing responding to my emails and was also a tremendous help when Brett wasn't around; even Mark jumped in and helped when I was in town on a weekend and neither Brett nor Denis was around. This is typical of the support provided by Jarvis. This last big purchase (4 appliances for a kitchen) began with an email - sight unseen -- I wouldn't do this any place else. Then there is the Delivery Department: Josh, Angel, and Connor. They knew I was coming in from out of state and kept me informed (I wasn't the first cutomer of the day) on their estimated arrival time. The appliances were delivered in perfect condition. They answered all my questions and made sure, like all of the Jarvis staff, to call them if I had any questions. Top Professionals -- all of them. Kudos, Kudos and a BIG thanks to the staff at Jarvis Appliance.

Not good!! I purchased all of my appliances for my entire kitchen from them. I called for service for a handle and dishwasher and was charged for two service calls even though one person showed up, stayed for less than an hour and completed all of the work. I called and they said that's the way it is and referred me to the owner who never called me back. I emailed from website and separately and never heard back.

We have bought 5 major appliances from Jarvis and never will again.  They have no idea what good customer service is.  We bought a kitchenaid top of the line dishwasher from them a year ago.  This is the 3rd service call we've had and the 2nd time the dishwasher flooded our beautiful wood kitchen floor.  We have had a dishwasher in that spot for the last 32 years and this is the first time this has ever happened.  They are telling us that the reason this happened is that it's never been this cold in 32 years for this long and that's it's our house's fault that the valve broke twice.  If we had ever had that problem before I would agree but nothing has changed and no other dishwasher has ever done this.  But still they say it's our fault.  They refuse to pull the dishwasher out from our cabinets because it's tight even though they installed it.  How do I know that they didn't do something to the wall when they installed it if they won't pull it out?
So, I now have a ruined kitchen floor, a dish washer that they won't fix put a new valve in because they say they could be held responsible if it breaks again.  Keep in mind that they replaced the same part a month ago so why wouldn't they be responsible for that if they say it's my house's fault?
This dishwasher was almost $2000 and it's a piece of junk but that's not the worst part.  The worst part is they have lost us forever as a customer after we spent thousands of dollars with them and they couldn't care less.
They've left us no option but to sue them for all of our damages and we have never sued anyone before.  This all could have been handled so differently with so little cost to them.  
DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM JARVIS

We had to replace a large Dacor cooktop and pop-up vent. Jarvis found a 45 inch Viking unit that would fit the existing space with a new Dacor vent system. This was not a straightforward job and the Viking unit was so new that I could not find an installed image via Google image search.
Based on the reviews on Angie’s I accepted the opinion of Jarvis experts that it would work. The installation was predictably complex and difficult, but Jarvis made it happen and saved me the very major expense of a new countertop and cabinetry.
Undercounter shelving had to be adjusted and their cabinet maker replaced the existing slides with a far better system - at no additional cost. The job was very well done. The level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction of Jarvis and its people is unequalled in my experience - which is long and extensive.
I highly recommend them.

Service was performed. I was told that if the sensor failed again it would need to be replaced. This did happen and I have called for service again. Unfortunately, the parts are backordered at the factory for a month, but they have them ordered and will install them when they come in.

Although my condo was plumbed for gas, the previous owner had capped the gas line and installed an electric range. I wanted to convert it back to gas. While looking at ranges, I discovered that the gas outlet was too high and central to accommodate new gas ranges which have bigger oven capacities. I had been to several places and couldn't find a range or resolve the problem. At Jarvis, the salesman gladly pulled out the ranges for measurements in the back (other stores were not so accommodating). When we realized that nothing would fit the existing gas outlet configuration, he contacted a plumber and expedited a visit for an estimate to move the line. While the plumber was there actually doing the work, Jarvis worked with him on the phone to get the proper positioning of the gas line. My new range was delivered, fit perfectly, and I am very happy.
I want to commend Jarvis for their service and helpfulness. I really think they went the extra mile and I am happy to recommend them.

Bob chose a model for me of a good dishwasher, but advised one with very few adjustable racks, or movable tines, knowing that my son, who lives in the condo where the dishwasher was being installed, is a bit hard things- -most things are treated somewhat like gym equipment. Bob chose a model with a simple latch that didn't have to be squeezed, and parts that did not have to be moved around.
He was very accommodating, answered questions pleasantly, patiently and clearly, arranged the delivery schedule around my needs, and the installers than took over.
They were told to call my son along the way, and did so and were right on time, extremely careful with everything, and very pleasant. They made sure everything was done carefully, showed us how to use it, and even helped me measure for a new refrigerator that has to fit into a specific footprint.

I couldn't speak highly enough of them. Dennis Mueller is who I have worked with. He is a very knowledgeable man, and is extremely helpful. They have all been a delight to work with. They are a wonderful company to deal with. I will be getting my refrigerator from them soon. They service the appliances as well. They really care, and are an independant small company.

Advised us to totally defrost the freezer as he felt that was the problem. On second vist he realized that the hinge was loose. After tightening the hinge we had no further problems with thhe freezer.

They fix what they sell. They will even come out on Saturdays to do repairs. They are an old company and have been around here for a long time. They have a good reputation in the community. We have been satisfied with their services. They are clean, professional, and prompt.
