I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. Required plumbing, electrical, paint, framework, waterproofing, flooring, and problem-solving for issues that arose in both. Allen worked diligently and patiently with us to provide the bathrooms we designed and envisioned. Provided us with vendors. Worked with us on scheduling. Mike (the owner) came for a preliminary visit to look at what we needed done and give an estimate.  He was easy to reach, courteous and professional.  Joe came a few days later to do the work.  He too was punctual (arrived even a few minutes early) and polite and professional, worked quickly and cleaned up any mess.  I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the work in terms of quality and the professionalism of Mike and Joe.  I would definitely cal City Renovations and Remodeling again and recommend them to my friends.
