And it was already five o'clock. The hole for the pipe was so wide he could not drill straight back to attach it so he cleverly used anchors, drilled at an angle into concrete and caulked everything up beautifully. Artur, thank you. "I very much recommend this contractor! Answers fast, gives extremely fair prices, gives fast appointments AND the show up on time! They are very polite and nice. They also clean up the station after they’re done! I find them reliable, quality work and fairly priced. They also work as long as they need to. For our house they: Fixed the window frames outside because the mortar was broken or eroded and when it stormed outside, it rained inside our house. They changed rotten wood, painted it, cemented places in the brick wall that needed it, put mortar/caulk and sealed 4 windows from the outside. The other project was putting bifold closet doors which included cutting them to size, installing the hardware, and painting them. This was the first time I’ve had to hire someone to fix things around the house that I couldn’t, and I was really nervous. I’m grateful I found Chapin Handyman LLC through Angie’s list! Oh! Bill helped us with kitchen counter caulking, needed carpentry to replace rotting wood around the front door, cleaning out and reworking the dryer vent piping plus repaired the back fence gate that was a problem getting stuck for years.
