As a licensed, bonded and insured general residential firm combined with our founder's passion and 20 years of experience in kitchen & Bathroom designs, renovations and a recipient of some of the best Customer Service & design awards in the industry, we are your source for all of your home remodeling needs. At BlackStone Kitchen & Bath, each client is assigned a Designer, a Project Manager, and a Site Superintendent. This team works together to help guide our clients through the sometimes hairy process of home remodeling. We have a staff of skilled journeyman tradesmen who provide our clients with expert craftsmanship and outstanding relationships with many specialty tradesmen for those out of the box design elements. Black stone did a nice job. The design phase was very professional, lots of back and forth with their designer. Limited upselling. The construction team was efficient and careful, they covered everything during both demolition and construction. Communication was good, usually a sore point in remodeling. Change orders were within reasonable parameters and priced accordingly. I had some minor issues with the staffing , winter holidays and illness among the workers added an extra 2 weeks. Overall we are very pleased with blackstone’s work and would hire them again.

Excellent! The whole crew at Blackstone was so helpful and encouraging through the entire process. The showroom had lots of options and It was easy to see everything together. Any changes - answer was always 'No problem'. Alp our project manager was always quickly responsive to any questions or concerns via text and phone calls. Alp was pleasure to work with, he was so friendly and always in a good mood. The crews were professional, on time and cleaned up when done. Complete demo - new cabinets, quartz counter, glass shower enclosure with pebble floor and porcelain tiles on walls. New fixtures, lighting and porcelain tile floors with wood look. The process was smooth and quick; one month later beautiful new bathroom. Love It!

This was my first major remodeling project, and I had a good experience with Blackstone. The designer (Khalid) and project manager (Alp) were very professional, patient and responsive to my many questions. Khalid, whose virtual rendering of his design really helped convince me to go with Blackstone, guided me to materials that fit my taste and simplified the selection process considerably. Alp oversaw the work on-site and quickly responded to and resolved several concerns I had along the way. The crew (Juuenal and Christian) did excellent, high quality work and finished ahead of schedule. I'm very pleased with my new bathroom; I would use Blackstone again and recommend them to others.

Blackstone Kitchen and Bath demoed our full bathroom, shower, bathtub, toilet, cabinets, fully tiled walls and floor and sub-floor. Then, after doing a wonderful job not messing up our house, carefully covering everything including our hardwood floors, to keep demo from damaging anything, and was polite and courteous the entire time. Then, of course they had to re-build everything from scratch. Their show room and show room staff were extremely knowledgeable and creative in helping us pick out the new components that made our new bathroom beautiful and much more functional. I would recommend Blackstone to anyone and especially their project Manager Mr. Gerson who is so knowledgable and experienced that he kept us from making mistakes that could have jeopardized either part or all of the project. Their attention to detail is exceptional.

I contacted Blackstone Kitchen and Bath to redo my kitchen area. Which also included my living and hallway area. From the first meeting with Joe until completion of the job, I was beyond impressed! Joe, Alp and the entire team were very professional and reliable. They made sure the job was done right and did not cut corners and held the work that they were providing up to the highest standards. They made sure that everyday they cleaned up and never left things a mess when they left. I felt comfortable leaving a key with them and leaving for work everyday. I live in a condo, they were respectful of the neighbors as well. Alp was always available for questions and very responsive. The team was able to make my dream kitchen/living area a reality. They were very detailed oriented and dedicated to getting the job done right. If I had to do it all over again, I would not hesitate hiring Blackstone again.

I recently had a bathroom project completed by Blackstone Kitchen & Bath. The free design option was a big bonus in outcome of the project. Joe, the designer had innovative ideas and was very knowledgeable. His negotiating skills in lowering the price of the products and fixtures helped keep the costs reasonable and his expertise of places to purchase various items gave me more options and helped with the overall quality. Once the project began the project manager responded immediately to any further questions or concerns about the ongoing work. The crew was friendly, diligent and professional. I felt very comfortable leaving the house to run errands. I highly recommend this company.

Joe and his team redid two bathrooms (down to the studs). Joe was great from the start. He was thoughtful about our project and really helped us rethink a small hall bathroom that had been poorly laid out. He was knowledgeable and straightforward about costs (e.g. the cabinet doors you like are this and it will cost you an extra $X,XXX) and he helped us find savings when possible. The team that came out to the house was also great - nice, respected our space, and conscientious - at one point, they caught some damage to the countertop that could have been missed and just installed. Price-wise, they also came in at about $5,000 less than the next closest estimate. Overall, best price, great work, very customer friendly!

BlackStone Kitchen and bath made a beautiful custom vanity for my bathroom remodel. We had some really weird angles and corners, and they made us the perfect vanity. They were prompt and professional at all times, and the pricing was very reasonable. I'm a big fan of BlackStone and will keep them in mind for future projects.

We went initially went from a cool tone color kitchen to a warm tone color. I want to made note, that the granite that we picked out for the kitchen remodel, we had to get from 3 different fabricators. We realized that the product had disintegrated and because of that, we had to switch our granite color, which then changed the entire look of the remodel. BlackStone Kitchen and Bath were extremely accommodating with our changes. I appreciated that they didn’t charge us for the changes either. The owner made a lot of good suggestions and was very flexible with everything. I liked that he also had this computer program where we were able to plug in different materials and styles so that we could visually see what the kitchen would look like, before we began. I like that this company worked with my schedule, whether it is early mornings or in the evenings. We are looking to now have this company come through and do our bathroom remodels as well.
