We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. "Mike did the troubleshooting to identify the fault while explaining to me what he was observing, then isolated the problem down to the well pump (which I already suspected). I also watched Mike do a meticulous job in shrink-tubing the connections, wrapping it all in electrical tape, and inspecting the entire length of electrical conductor TWICE. What Mike did NOT do was try to sell me an entire GrundFos system when all I needed was the pump. Yes, I had a past plumber contractor try to load up my bill unnecessarily. "The job was done efficiently and timely manner. But their customer services are not very satisfactory. We had a little leak on tap inside shower place and I called 2-3 times to fix it or replace. It is not done yet. Once the job is done they don’t take care of if there is any defect. I thought of recommending to friends but didn’t do due to this. Dominique took my call. Then I called the lady contractor Francesca who came to do this job. She informed me once she receives the parts she will come to install it. It never happened."
