They came to my house within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate, offered to do the work right away, went to the hardware store to pick up parts I did not have and did a very thorough clean up when the work was finished. They made sure plumbing was brought up to code in my old house (built in 1905). They worked quietly and efficiently. The work was done a week ago and everything seems to be in working order. "Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! He was very assertive that he would find the problem. GREAT JOB!!!"

"Ensor has received a lot of hate here but we had the exact opposite experience. Our main sewer line clogged late on a Thursday night. Jason came and was extremely thorough. He was clean, really respectful of our house, explained everything he was doing and why (I ask a lot of questions), and on and on. Ensor explained all of their charges ahead of time, including the emergency/late night fee. So no surprises at all from that perspective. A definite go-to when we need service again."
