Breed Tracy, the owner and service tech was very competent and professional. He found debris lodged in the washer’s drain which prevent the water from draining. The washer is as good as new. I recommend this company highly!

The first refrigerator would have been too expensive to fix. They recommended I buy a new one. The cost to fix second one was more than I would have liked. I ended up buying a new refrigerator. I felt Tracy's Appliance was very honest with me. I would definitely call them again.

I suspected the bad reviews i read were accurate during the first visit because they continuously talked about other people who got angry with them for over charging because they "don't understand the importance of OEM parts." 100+ just to diagnose and remove a fan. Took it with them. 100+ charged over the phone when they ordered the part. Another 100+ charged weeks later when they arrived to install the new fan. They didn't call me to say the part arrived. I called to ask and she said "oh yeah. " For some reason they never ordered the new control board even though we all discussed while they were here during the diagnosing visit "the touch screen hasn't worked for months. Now it's also stopped running at all. Was running louder and louder back when it was still running. The touch screen stopped working long before it stopped running. " Then they wanted to charge another trip charge along with their minimum 85 labor to install the board, which they wanted to charge 200+ for. Just called today to tell me they are no longer comfortable with this job and we should find somebody else to finish. Yes, that's right. She called Saturday before Christmas to say they won't be finishing the job. Thanks tracys appliance for charging us 300+ and not even fixing the original problem! Don't hire them. I only did because uline recommended them as probably the only available repair techs in the area. Big mistake! Now we're out 300+ and stuck with an appliance that still doesn't work, and they refuse to finish it! Our new plan is back to where we were before hiring tracys...Find a manual and repair it ourselves...(except now we're out 300+) Already found an OEM fan for 35 though.

The technician was professional, courteous and patient with our constantly barking dog. I appreciate the responsiveness of Tracy's Appliance. It was wonderful to get return calls and updates - something I have found is very rare any more. (The majority of repair companies I called for this work did not respond.) I was kept informed of the status of parts and scheduling was easy when the part arrived. The work was performed as scheduled and was completed as promised. Great job!!!

He suggested I change the water filter on the fridge before trying to fix anything since there was water coming to the line - that did the trick. He diagnosed the microwave but suggested based on the cost to repair I should think about whether I wanted to just replace the microwave since it was 9 years old. He even researched the cost of a replacement to give me a comparison. He replaced the heating element in my cooktop and now all 3 burners heat. I appreciated his honesty on the microwave and fridge, both of which ended up saving money.

Tracy's appliance came out diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back and installed it. They were very professional , timely, and knowledgeable. They explained what the problem was and what the cost would be. Would recommend and use again .

Great! First time using this company. Called and left a msg on sunday got right back to me on monday. Came out same day and ran diagnostic on my washing machine. Unfortunately ive opted for a new machine as the price for it to be fixed would be practically the same...but if ever need be id definitely call them again!

Serviceman arrived in the middle of 4-hour window. Troubleshooting was methodical. Serviceman took care while removing and reinstalling components. Serviceman called back with diagnosis 2 days later after necessary consultation with Jacuzzi technical support.
