Our dryer was not heating. The tech came on 5/31 and determined we needed to replace the timer assembly. We paid by check, 193.81 for the part. Tech came on Jun 6th. Paid the remaining balance of $60, cash to the tech, and he replaced the timer. Over the weekend, while using the dryer, we noticed that the heater was working; however, the timer would not stop at all, even when the clothes were done. We tried different settings to see if it would work. Later, we called/texted the company, and no response.

The Repair Man installed a part, and it only worked for 2 days.

Smells very FRAUDULENT! The tech, Leo, came to fix my fridge. Unfortunately, I didn't stand there to watch. In a very short time, he said he was done and for payment would only take cash or check (which I thought was odd). Then, the name was given to the owner, someone named Charles Pratt Jr.. Since this was a fridge repair, it was impossible to know immediately if it was fixed, as it takes time for the temperature to reach its set number. It was a Friday, on Saturday, the temperature was the same as before the repair, then on Monday again. At that moment, I started trying to reach out, and absolutely no response - almost as if my phone was blocked due to the strange recording from the phone service. As I keep doing my research (as address listed, phone numbers associated, etc, etc.), more and more it seems that this is not a legitimate business but a scam. Read reviews and see how the positive ones, done all around the same recent period, don't make any sense when you look at project costs.

The job was done well. Leo the technician was great. He was really nice and knew how to solve our problem quickly and within the estimate. He succeeded where 3 previous contractor teams did not.

Aaron was great, was in contact with me, and Leo that provide the job for me did a great job.

My installer came in and analyzed the issue and said I should be done in a few minutes. And he uninstalled the old garbage disposal quickly, cleaned up and cleaned the install area. He installed everything and was done within 20 minutes. Everything was tested multiple times and Leo did a great job.

Needed my refrigerator fixed the same day Aaron was my technician. He got it done for me and less than two hours. Thank you so much.

Had a a good initial experience with this company installing a new dryer a rental Property. Another tenant had a problem with dryer that was making loud noise and he says needs a new motor. He Charges me $367 to fix a dryer with new blower motor and one week afterwards, tenant called me to say it is only warm, not hot- not drying her clothes. Tenant and I called him to schedule a follow up but he keeps saying it was working and he would charge another fee for coming out. I got annoyed that only a week after getting a NEW motor, it does NOT work as it should. I would like my money back. Not reliable and trustworthy.

I contacted Angi, who put me in touch with Charles Pratt owner of Supreme...Tech came out (Leo) to address the excessive lint at the end of the wash cycle problem. The tech was here about 15 minutes and he claimed the problem resolved. The next day, when my wife used the machine, the same excessive lint was present.

The repair person that came out his name was Leo. He was very polite and professional.. He was very knowledgeable about his job and respectful of me and did his work in a timely manner.

Supreme Hvac & APL was very communicative and arrived on time each day. Got the repair job done quickly and was very professional!

Hired the team to do a dryer install. They were on time, responsive and troubleshoot a problem that popped up . Will definitely hire again for other projects.
