Bowman's Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical Inc. was started in 1989, by Everett Bowman. It was his goal then and our goal now to provide all of our clients with services marked by quality, dependability and value. Everett strove to give every client his personal attention because he valued your business. Almost 30 years later; Bowman's still does business with the very same principles our father lived by: personal attention, quality, trust, and respect. We are family owned and operated still.

"I apologize for your bad experience almost 5 months ago with us. I reviewed your original invoice and file with the phone logs. The price we gave you was for the multiple services you had requested. We have checked that price against competitors in this area and have deemed for the services you received, that price was more than competitive. I truly wish you would have said something about not being satisfied with the price agreed upon at the time of your appointment rather than waiting so long to express your concern. We would have been happy to have tried working with you and within your budget. I do apologize if you felt poorly treated on the phone. I show record of 2 calls made from you to us after the appointment, one in which was afterhours and the message was taken by our on-call service. I will confirm with them to ensure that customer service and politeness is a priority. The other call was with the owner, who assisted you with your request for your statement. We take pride in our customer service and relations, professionalism and quality of work all for a reasonable price with different options to pay. I apologize for a bad experience, but do hope that you read our other reviews and give us another opportunity to service your HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and/or gas line needs."

"I do apologize that you feel you suffered a bad experience with us. I was unaware there was an issue since we did not receive any calls about the re-occurrence. We received your call on Saturday at 2:14pm and were out that same day within 2 hours of your phone call, since your regular company was unable to assist your urgent needs over the weekend. We found standing water in your drain pan caused by a clogged condensation drain line. We flushed the line for you, unclogging the drain and cleared the water from the drain pan. We were informed not to perform any other maintenance on your system since you already had an appointment scheduled with your regular HVAC Company on Monday. Please know that all our work is covered by a 30 day warranty and we would have returned if there was any issue with the work we did for you, at no additional cost."
"The company bent over backwards to take care of questions and issues the homeowner had. She made it nearly impossible to get time set up and would cancel last minute on many appointments. To satisfy her we reimbursed her for the work done and wished her the best of luck. I am very disappointed that after giving her full refund that she would get on this site and give us a bad review months after this was resolved. I want to correct the date as well, the work was not done in 1/2017, but 5/2016. I expected a little more professionalism from a local business person."
