"THe bathrooms were remodeled in July 2013, and then the kitchen floor was installed in August 2013.  This was to enhance my house for a future sale.  Overall, all the work was done properly, but at times I needed to remind the workers to clean up after themselves properly (not leaving trash lying around, etc), and to finish certain minor details.  But they did take care of me in the end.  For example, the kitchen tiles started to come off about a week after installation and they came back and fixed it free of charge.

The quality of their work (e.g., tiling, painting, etc.) is great, and Manny is super responsive. He is also very flexible working with us and our needs.
