I told them as a teacher itâ s hard for me to leave work because someone has to cover for me. The technician Kyle tried to arrive two hours early forcing me to leave my class to call and remind them of my appointment time. Kyle took two days to hang a ceiling fan. I paid $450. Now neither the ceiling fan nor the light in the room works. I paid them so I suspect I wonâ t hear back.

The original job was to add 30 amp access outside of garage so I could plug in my RV. They fixed a breaker, updated the panel for the 30 Amp job and added GFI's to the panel for 4 areas. They were 2 for the kitchen, 1 for the pool, and 1 for the garage. Both electricians I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable. The actual work was done quickly. He explained what he did and made future recommendations.

Very clean and courteous, clear with their message and I am giving them 5 stars for that but half a star for the estimate.

Their technician, Billy, showed up on the same day, within hours of requesting the service and explained in detail the issues and what was needed and what could be done in the future.

It was an all-around good service & project. I had a large out-building that used to have electric to it. I wanted to add electric to the building in hopes that if I had to sell, then electric to the building would increase the sale-ability of the property. It was an extensive project. They had to dig a trench from the house to the bldg, add a panel box, run wiring through the 36'x36' 2-story salt-box style bldg, provided light fixtures, outlets, etc... a few days after the project was completed, a large rainstorm washed out some of the trenching. They came out within a day or 2 after the storm & filled back in the collapsed trenching.

Fixed my electrical panel issue quickly

All work was done quickly and professionally. The cost for replacing smoke detectors was reasonable but the cost of replacing flush mount light fixtures was much higher.
