He told me how to correctly turn on and off each breaker to each area in the panel box and just that clarification did the trick (I obviously was not doing it correctly before). They were quick to respond, had great communication prior to the visit, were early and had one of the better prices for the project involved. Along with being one of the top rated on the Tesla website for electricians in the area. During the visit, Kenneth explained to me what was going on, even when I was quiet, he would ask me if I had any questions what he was doing. Even curious electrical questions I had like how do you know where to move around as to not get electrocuted or if you're drilling a hole, making sure you know not do hit a wire. He was great in answering any question I had. Both were super personable during my interactions with them. I was able to charge the Tesla immediately after they completed the work. They even cleaned up all the dust and debris from the installation. 5 out of 5 will definitely hire them again and use them for any electrical work I need to do around the house. I can't recommend them enough."

The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."
