I will recommend Ds Remodeling LLC to all relatives alike. They did an excellent job. Their work is nest and they are great .
"Everything went great! It all started when we tried to replace a 30 year old shower door. When the door was removed, the tiles in the opening were a mess. The provider directed me to a tile show room were they were able to match existing tiles with better ones for attaching the new shower door. They came to remove the old tiles and install the new ones quickly and the result was beautiful and seamless. I am thrilled with their work. "
"We were delighted with the outcome of the installation of a new surround on our fireplace. This was a re-do of an initial installation by another contractor that did not work out too well! I was nervous about getting this done right and Kevin put me at ease immediately. He was precise, highly skilled, and very aware that we were not happy with the first installation. It turned out beautifully."
"Beautiful! Mike has redone my bathrooms, kitchen, painted nearly every room in my house, painted my siding and doors, installed new shutters, laid carpet, installed hardwood doors, power washed the house, worked on my roof, changed toilets...you name it, he’s done it! Mike does great work!"
"Mark installed two stair railings, installed and set up our door nest and hub, lit the pilot light on our gas fireplace and a couple of other small jobs. Mark arrived on time and was ready to get right to work. He worked consistently throughout the morning explaining what he was doing. He was professional and friendly. We are having him return for some other work next week."
"Albert is great. Came out in 100 degree weather and had our unit up and running in no time. Second time he has been out. Installed new furnace last time. Highly recommend"
"September 2019, my water heater broke and TC HVAC Services replaced it with a new water heater. And they also fixed my AC and fridge. Recently, in October 2019, TC HVAC Services installed a new humidifier in my home. Mr. Thea Chea, the specialist was professional, honest, and he answered all of my questions. The repairs and installation were completed in a timely manner. And costs were reasonable and fair. I would definitely use TC HVAC Services again and I have recommended TC HVAC Services to my family and friends. Thank you, Mr. Chea and TC HVAC Services LLC."
"They demolished and removed wood floors. Installed new laminate floors and did extra added on projects. Clean and timely and quick turnaround on the project."
Spider mites hate high humidity, strong air circulation, and potent smells like peppermint oil. Utilizing these factors can help deter spider mites so that they don’t feast on your plant leaves and inhibit growth. If you try these methods and spider mites still won’t leave, it’s time to hire a professional pest control service to tackle the task.
Carpet beetles do not bite humans, but their larvae can cause skin irritation that’s often mistaken for bites. These tiny, bristly larvae have barbed hairs that can lead to allergic reactions in sensitive individuals, resulting in red, itchy welts or rashes. While the irritation may resemble bug bites, it’s actually a response to contact with the hairs or shed skins, not an actual bite. Adult carpet beetles are harmless and primarily feed on pollen, but their larvae can damage natural fibers like wool, fur, or leather in carpets, clothing, and upholstery.
It can be difficult to know what type of animal is in your attic until you see it. But several clues can help you narrow down the suspects:
Sounds: Smaller animals like rats and mice make scurrying and tapping/gnawing sounds. Larger animals like raccoons and opossums make louder clambering noises. Also, note when animals are noisy: Squirrels are active during the day, while rats are busiest at night.
Droppings: Rats and mice leave small, rice-shaped droppings (the rat’s version is significantly larger). Bigger droppings belong to larger critters like raccoons. As long as you’re not squeamish, an image search can help you identify what you’re seeing in your attic.
When in doubt, take photos of damage or other evidence and show them to an experienced pest control pro.
Unlike for rats and mice, poisonous baits and fumigants aren’t a legal option for dealing with squirrel invasions. So, don’t set any traps up using standard rodenticides. Remember that you typically need a permit for trapping and relocating squirrels found on your property. Some states even specify the types of traps you need to use.
They can have a deterrent effect on birds to some extent. The reflective surfaces of these objects, such as aluminum foil strips, CDs, or reflective tape, create flashes of light and movement that can startle or confuse birds temporarily. However, some birds can become accustomed to these visual disturbances over time and might adapt their behavior accordingly. For a more sustained solution, combining shiny objects with other deterrent methods shared here is often beneficial for creating a more comprehensive and effective strategy for bird control.
