A larger shower was constructed and a stand alone bathtub replaced the jacuzzi tub. Daniel Frias was the project manager. He was very responsive, pleasant and ensured we were happy with the work. The crew chief, Juan was a perfectionist and did great work. He continuously asked us where and how we wanted items placed."

"United Kitchen and Bath remodeled both bathrooms in 2023. Alex and his workers performed an exceptional job on my bathrooms. Both bathrooms turned out gorgeous. Alex is very professional and has excellent customer service. This year, I worked with Max on recarpeting. He is very skilled and very professional in carpet, and he has a very wide selection of carpet in the store. The carpet is gorgous, My family loves it. I would recomend Max and Alex to everyone."

"I admit I haven't used this service yet.  That said, I was impressed enough with the estimate to give them a positive review.  I sought an estimate on relatively minor work -the person who did the estimate actually suggested that I not use the service because the work wouldn't warrant the minimum charge ($600).  He was surprisingly, refreshingly honest & aimed to be helpful.  In a town where it seems the vast majority of service providers are crooks, this caught me by surprise.
They are going to give me another estimate on replacing kitchen countertops with granite (something they are very enthusiastic & knowledgeable about doing (& again, not trying to sell me for as much as they can-he made a point of saying the counters are a priority but the cabinets are actually in pretty good shape).  I find these services from other Angies list members & then I rate the ones I like well-so I may just be preaching to the choir.. I hope this is helpful nonetheless.

"Mr. Heard and his team (Douglas, Omar and Uncle Merc) are very professional yet friendly and so easy to work with. I hired them initially to replace a tub and shower I have hated for the last 5 years; however, after the initial consultation I decide to do the entire bathroom due to the pricing for the project. I ended up having a completely new tub, shower, tiles, vanity, medicine cabinet, flooring, towel rack and cabinet installed. I couldn't be any happier or satisfied. Mr. Heard explain the entire process to you in the beginning, he was so patient to answer all of my questions throughout the project. I was referred to Mr. Heard by my mother who has used them for years. I was so confident in their ability and their service that I moved in with my parents for the seven days it took to complete the project. Gave them a key to my home and relaxed while they gave me the bathroom of my dreams. I never worried about anything being stolen or anything like that. One of the best things about Mr. Heard is that he's a Christian and he believes in being honest."
