"My Bosch dishwasher, which has been in service for 15 years, has proven to be an exceptionally reliable appliance. After a kitchen renovation that included relocating the dishwasher, it ceased to function. Initially, I planned to replace it with a new unit, but the combined cost of the appliance, installation, and delivery was $1500. Due to the considerable expense, I contacted ACT RIGHT APPLIANCES REPAIR. Donell performed a diagnostic evaluation, concluding that the water valve required replacement. He efficiently replaced the valve, ensuring the dishwasher's optimal performance. Additionally, he examined my other appliances and discovered a defective dryer light, which he promptly replaced. Trust me the small details makes the biggest difference for installation. I went from using a 2009 LG to 2022 GE model and he made the installation happen and did a superb job. I'm pretty handy myself but installation wasn't easy so I had to hire a professional. He was very responsive from the get go and communication via phone calls and text msgs went smooth. He works with your schedule and made sure installation was done without any issues. He tested the new dishwasher too see if any issues like leaking or other errors and assures that he will help if problems arise. The cost is also very reasonable. He does his best and if he isn't confident about something, he'll let you know from the get go. If you are looking for honest, fair priced, and excellent service, then Todd is the person you want.
