Punctual, skilled, and professional. Diagnosed and fixed the problem with my Bosch dishwasher in less than an hour. (It stymied the last repairman sent from the warranty service). Highly recommended.

The service person quickly identified the problem and efficiently made the repair with parts he had on hand. He clearly communicated his expected arrival time and promptly arrived as promised. I will use this service again as needs arise.

We've had these folks out twice this month in rapid succession, once for a cooktop and once for a washing machine leak. They are outstanding. They return calls promptly, show up when they say they will, clearly communicate their findings, fix the issues efficiently, clean up any mess, and generally are everything one could ask for in an appliance repair shop. Would definitely hire again.

I wish Bosch had sent Mike out on the first service call. It would have saved us months of frustration. The first "expert" said we were not using the dishwasher properly. We were using too much detergent and the wrong brand; that the newer DWs used much less water, and that the water level in the machine was perfect. After more poor results, I decided to manually add as much as 70 ounces of water to the wash cycle. I got much better results. When I added water to the rinse cycle I got better results. Mike listened to me and checked the water levels to conclude the water levels were way too low. He ordered a new water valve and returned to install it promptly. After 8 months of hand-washing dishes and experimentation, our nightmare was over, thanks to Mike who listened, diagnosed and repaired in a most professional manner.

This service company was excellent! They scheduled us fast, showed up on time for two different repair issues on 16 year old appliances. The two techs that visited our home both did a great job and knew how to run the diagnostics to solve our issues! We will both use and recommend them again.

Wuerstlin's is an outstanding company and we highly recommend them. We were able to get a service call quickly, the technician quickly diagnosed the problem and outlined our options, and for the fraction of the cost of a new oven, which we hoped to avoid, Wuerstlin's tracked down the parts we needed and had our oven up and running again in a few weeks. The technician who helped us was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and we are very grateful for his help.

They came out and fixed about 80 percent of the problem, which was a major improvement. Other 20 percent was apparently not possible to fix without a new burner. Service was fast and professional.

This company was recommended by Angie's List so we went with them.
We told them the 2 problems with the over when we booked the repair slot.
They sent their repair person out to assess the issue and concluded the same thing - heating element was cracked (easy to see) and the hinges were failing.
What was extremely frustrating was that there were no parts in stock for the service person to bring with to make a speedy repair. Instead he needed to return to the office the next day to turn in paperwork and get the parts ordered.   And no electronic way to do this from the repair site.
How odd and annoying in the era of everything being cellular/mobile devices that parts could not be ordered immediately. And all they could say was this was how they have done business for the last 30+ years.  This was even more frustrating to a customer in the age where instant is taken as the standard.  If they were not going to have any parts in their own stock for the brands they can service, one would think obtaining them would have been an easier process.  They need to get with the times.
And not only did it take a while to get the parts (a week), Viking wound up not sending them when they were expected.  Given that Amazon can do same day shipment, one would think Viking could get parts to its customers in 2 or 3 days using simple UPS of FedEx.  And repeated calls to Wuerstlins  to find out when the parts were coming were answered with "we don't know, we have no way of tracking this."  Ridiculous in the age where everything shipped is tracked - even the USPS can track mail, so why can't Viking and Wuerstlins?  It should never be an unknown to a customer when parts are coming and when the repair will be done.  Especially for high-end equipment like a Viking oven.
And, they charged me for the shipping of the parts to them.  When you are used to free shipping for everything from everyone else, this is frustrating too.  I would have been happier if they would have built this into their resale price and not shown it to me than to show me the shipping charge.
The only positive was that when the repair person was here, he was efficient, got the repair done, tested the over, and put everything back together.
Bottom line, we were without the over for 2 weeks waiting on this repair.  This to me is crazy and left me still a disappointed customer in the overall use of this company.
I checked "no I would not use them again" as there was no choice for "maybe."  I think I would try someone else first.  But I would ask any other service place first - do you have parts in stock and does the repair person bring parts with so the over can be potentially fixed in one visit rather than 2?

Very unprofessional. I expected that they would make right by me and repair it correctly instead they keep charging me hundreds of dollars labor and parts to repair a 12 year old refrigerator.
Response from Wuerstlins Appliance Service
"I totally understand the cust. concerns but as I explained to him the additional part needed was not evident until we got the first repair done . we offered to put his unit back to the original condition and refund his money . The reason for not a full refund was there was a gasket that was also replaced and was not contested. we offered a full refund on the disputed repair and had scheduled a time to do the job . He called the next day and cancelled the service call. thereby not giving us a chance to remove our new parts and reinstall his old parts putting the unit back to the original condition."
