It went very well! The technician is knowledgable!

They did damage, their machine flooded and messed up the ceiling in the basement and took almost a year for Sears to repair it.

Beyond appliance sales, Sears has a great team of technicians that do the maintenance warrant work on my appliances.  Jason stopped out today.  He was considerate, friendly and nice.

Very well.  It's been over three years since I purchased the refrigerator and nothing has been wrong.  Overall, I've always been pleased with Sears.

Can't say enough bad things. They were loud, dirty and ineffective but most importantly a total rip off and scam. They tried to convince us and pressure us into doing $1500 in services when we called them to do a $100 service. We know it's a rip off both because they quickly agreed to only $1000 for all when they were trying to convince us and when we had a licensed professional come after he was able to show us why what they wanted to do was either not necessary or part of a general scam in the duct cleaning business.
Do NOT use Sear Duct Cleaning. The price they give you is basically for nothing as the ducts were not cleaned correctly as we saw this when they were redone and will attempt to pressure you into lots of pricey services. They use the Sears brand to build trust but don't trust them.

They never came

The four ton Carrier Infinity 17 system was installed on 8/13/12.  The installer, a Sears subcontractor, HGH, previewed the installation, and installed the system in less than a work day.  The price of around $8K included a five year maintenance contract which when combined with the limited warranty, protects me from any from any flaw or failure.  I am very satisfied with the result.

They provided an excellent service.  I went there for eye glasses and an eye examination.  Their punctuality was excellent.  I have used them several times in the past.
