Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. Responsiveness from my initial inquiry was very prompt, and they come over quickly to assess the job and provide a quote, including reviewing cost and benefits of the different levels of warranty. When I had questions about a couple of clauses in the contract, they were kind enough to arrange a call with a manager so we could talk them through. They then scheduled the work promptly and were done in one day. Crew was clean and efficient.
