"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. "There's nothing worse that dealing with pooring rain and strong winds and then hearing the drip, drip sound of water coming into your home due to a damaged roof. I reached out to roofing repair companies through Angie's list and Roofing Pups responded. Marcus came out the next day and put my fears at ease. The bad news was that I needed a new roof. He showed me my options available, categorized as "good", "better" and "best". Despite my choosing the lowest option, he still threw in some discounts and upgrades at no additional cost. I signed the contract and he arranged for someone to come out at tarp my roof. He even went the extra mile of going to Home Depot and setting up buckets in my attic to catch the water still coming in. The roofing crew came out two days later and gave me a beautiful new roof. "Project went very well. I have a row house in Baltimore county and had my roof replaced in 2023. Responsiveness from my initial inquiry was very prompt, and they come over quickly to assess the job and provide a quote, including reviewing cost and benefits of the different levels of warranty. When I had questions about a couple of clauses in the contract, they were kind enough to arrange a call with a manager so we could talk them through. They then scheduled the work promptly and were done in one day. Crew was clean and efficient. There was no sign that they were there that day except for the pictures of the new roof they sent me; everything was clean, all debris and materials removed, etc. Previous issues I had with intermittent leaking during heavy storms has been eliminated."
