After six months of research, and receiving several quotes for improvement in the Alexandria, VA area, I confidently selected Chris and HCR because of Chris’ customer service, HCR’s Better Business Bureau’s rating of A+, and the products available. Additionally, the installation teams were outstanding, which involved one installation team for widows and a patio door and a different installation team for siding. The installation teams left the installation areas clean as well as thoroughly explained the new products and ensured there were no questions. Although there was one small glitch involving a window insert/sash, the entire operations team and Chris Dobbin immediately sought resolution on the items in an extraordinarily attentive way. "Peak was amazing from start to finish and made the whole experience simple. They came out and took some pictures and measurements. Pete sat down with us and talked through different options and features for new siding. He was very knowledgeable about the products and worked to get us the best option within our budget. They also have imaging software to show us what the products and colors would look like on our house. After picking the siding we wanted they kept us updated with scheduling of product delivery and start date for their siding crew. Whole siding process took three days, they disposed of all the old siding and cleaned up everything when they were done. Great company to work with and our house looks absolutely amazing!!"
