"I selected this company because they are a member of my energy provider's energy saving program network. The customer service was top notch and the insulation installation team was top rate. There was a problem with the aeroseal team assigned to seal any holes in the air vents. The aeroseal solution leaked throughout the house, even into drawers, closets, on clothes, everywhere. It took over a month to clean up. Throughout this process, the owners remained in contact and assisted as best they knew how. "Debbie showed up on time and seemed knowledgable about insulation. However she had a hard time answering my questions because she was overly fixated on price. That's not necessarily a bad thing but it got in the way of me really understanding the answers. When the quote came in it was very resonable but when i emailed with a follow-up question concerning warranties, the lack of record on Angies List (despite being in biz for 100+ yrs) and a sub-contractor she was going to use for an exhaust ventilation, she wouldn't put some of the answers in writing until after I committed to using her company. After reviewing all of the quotes we received we finally decided to take a leap of faith because she seemed knowledgable and the quote was fair. i emailed saying we wanted to move forward and asked if i could i now get the informatoin i requested in writing. Unfortunately it's now been 5 days so we are moving in another direction. I bet the company does quality work but it won't be with us.
