"They set an appointment time and arrived on time.Estimator ,Jose, arrived and gave me a written ,formal estimate-unlike the previous tree service companies who gave me a verbal estimate .JMC gave me a removal date two from the date of the estimate.Two to three hours later,Jose calls me and says they can do the tree removal later that same day.They came at the end of the the work day,approx 4pm and proceed to remove the tree within an hour. They also transferred a bird nest to an adjacent tree. They cleaned up the debris before leaving. I would highly recommend JMC Tree Service"

We hired them again in a few months to remove more of the problem trees. The crew was courteous, on time, respectful of our property and cleaned up everything! "Exceptional service! Administration, Supervisor/Estimator and Arborists are all extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Each of the 5-man onsite crew (3 climbers, 2 ground) is skilled and professional but together they formed a spectacular team. They coordinated cutting/removing trees that were entwined with electrical and communications cables in a confined space with breathtaking efficiency. The work was started on-time, property was protected and effective clean-up was integrated into the process. Unfortunately, these trees needed to be removed due to safety concerns but would also call them for other services. I believe that this experienced company excels in everything they do and I highly recommend Arbor Care!"
