From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule.
