They scheduled the work to start a couple weeks out, and they were able to start a day early. We had 2 fabulous workers at the house 8-10 hours a day. The quality of their work was superior, and they were able to complete all the work in far less time than estimated, mostly due to their efficient use of time. They communicated with us every day to ensure we were on the same page with everything. Even though all the work was outdoors, they wore face masks all the time. JW Home ImprovementI have hired JWHI a couple of times before and they did great work. Their prices are not the lowest, but if you want the work done right the first time, they are the best. Alberto and Javier were an excellent and professional team. Alberto worked with me to prioritize the work involving gutter and drywall repairs and power washing. He offered excellent suggestions and communicated well throughout the project. While Javier was working inside on drywall repair he pointed out an area that appeared to have water damage. He was correct, and Alberto's master diagnostic skills found the source of one leak and then further testing uncovered another. I had another company make drywall repairs a couple of years ago, but they never looked for the source of the problem. The work done by Alberto and Javier was outstanding.- Linda W.

He never showed up after setting up two appointments, The first time he did text, and reschedule the job. Days later, he failed to show and not call, very unprofessional and a waste of time. I understand issues but to hold up a job unable or unwilling to perform is just bad customer service, and a waste of valuable time for all concern. I will not be using this services and I recommend you do the same.
