"Was polite and professional but didn't have the tools needed to properly unclog my underground gutter drain which was clogged with roots. Tried a mechanical auger that he had but that was all he could do and only pulled thin roots which helped but didn't completely unclog the drain."

"David & his team with Arcelio did an outstanding job! We needed it done on short notice & they rose to the occasion. And just before a weekend of heavy rains. So our basement went from waterfalls of leaks to dry as a bone, despite the heavy flooding outside. They took lots of pictures of the process so we could see all the work they did underground.
