My project was tentatively scheduled for four days. Due to the need to dig down to the foundation footer, I asked that the project be started and completed in four consecutive days. The scheduler was flexible, easy to work with and kept me informed of potential start dates, After several false starts due to weather, the project was started on Sept 4. The team that started and completed the project was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. The field supervisor and the team leader kept me informed of what would be done and what had been done at the end of each day. They were all hard and efficient workers and completed the project one day early. The work area was cleared, seeded, straw put down and left in good order. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend."

"All Aspects Waterproofing installed a French Drain and new sump pump in my basement. The project also required adding a curb to the foundation. From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule. All of the workers who came and did the hard work were great - they worked very clean and went above and beyond helping remove items I needed to have out of the way for their work and left my basement and yard (where they needed to do some of the prep like making concrete) spotless. They were great - responsible, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reassuring - and I would totally use them again. Also, great value."

They were very professional and quickly but carefully completed the work, leaving the site spotless. Since then the basement has remained dry during numerous heavy rain falls, even during the rapid snow melt with rain that occurred this past January.
