I hired Sailo to install a sink and faucet; he incidentally cleared my garbage disposal. He was in and out with a half hour! Due to DC traffic, he ran late, but called ahead to let me know. His explanations were thorough and clear. The job was done with no problem. I texted him with a question-- he called me back within 15 minutes. Communication: 5 stars!

It took quite a while to clear the drain but he continued . Quick turnaround to schedule me.

The plumber came and answered all my questions. He couldn't solve my issue, which was a more complicated venting issue requiring construction. Fast and thorough work.

Paul diagnosed which drains were clogging and recommended snaking them out. His price was quite reasonable, so I didnâ t bother comparing quotes and hired him on the spot. He finished the work in 2 hours and showed me the end results. Overall happy with his work.

Sailo is a very experienced plumber and performed the work servicing my backed up toilet and slow draining tub quickly. He gave me an honest assessment that he could fix the toilet when I mentioned that I was going to replace it and saved me money. He is courteous and timely in his work.

The plumber Sailo came over right on time and started working professionally. Very friendly person, with lot of knowledge and experience. After he ran the machine through the drain pipe, he ran a live tv camera thru the line(with extra charge of course) to see the results. It was the tree roots that clogged up the drain pipe. I highly recommend this company.
