"Went well. The installers showed up on time, installed the equipment and explained how everything worked. They even completed the paperwork for my rebates. They scheduled the inspections for me on convenient dates. The county building inspector found two fixes were needed (locking caps on compressor and UV listed sleeve on AC outlet). On the scheduled day for the repair they showed up 15 minutes early and fixed the problem. Passed subsequent inspection with no problem."

"They were by far the best salesman. They did use and leave the manufactures sales aids. Also the only contractor to leave a complete check list of everything that would be done. Andrew was the only one out of four to point out the fact that the old furnace was installed in a non serviceable position for removal of the circulation fan. Extra work was done to correct this problem. Next day instillation was just as impressive. I met four people from the company, and all were professional. All of the above came with the best price. "Everything went great. My AC died and it was close to 20 years old so I wanted the whole unit replaced. I have 4 young kids so no AC in the summer was not a pleasant option. The owner came out on site the day we called and was able to have the new unit installed the next day. I have dealt with many HVAC companies in the past as an Insurance Adjuster. These guys exceeded my expectations and were very reasonable on price. I highly recommend using Buric Heating and Air Conditioning!"

"My experience was fine. I went with this company instead of another company because of the reviews I read on Angie's List. It took them about a half a day to install the air conditioning unit. I think it was 3 workers that came out."

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."
