"Hired Hydro Clean for medium area carpet cleaning. Tech was on time and was ready to go! My husband is more aware of expert cleaning & was not satisfied with the level of cleaning we received. Lot of moisture left in carpet. I had not experienced this before & I was okay with the final result. I will definitely express my wishes/wants with next cleaning. EXACT!"

"After another contractor cancelled my appointment at a late hour, I decided to find an immediate replacement. I moved furniture, cleaned the carpets and waited 4 hours for the previous contractor to cancel last minute... Which turned out to be good for me! Gerald of Carpet Magic was not only immediately responsive, he was courteous, professional and got the job done. My carpets were beyond dirty... Now they look and smell great.
