"When you purchased my service at Angie's List you agreed on their terms and conditions. This happened almost 5 years ago. I contacted you several times before to perform the carpet cleaning service before it expired. Unfortunately I didn't hear from you. After more than a year of expiration of this service you contacted me to perform the service, I told you to contact Angies list for their decision. I never heard again from you. After almost 4 years after our last conversation you gave me a "D" rating for no fault of my own. Do you think it's fair to me? Just asking. Have a nice day and may God bless you."

Albert provided exceptional service! I had a ton of stains with my young kids spilling things and my carpets are now good as new! I’ve had other providers in the past who’s work was not nearly as thorough! Albert’s pricing is reasonable and follows through with the job promptly (in some cases the same day). I highly recommend and wouldn’t go to anyone else!

The carpet had gotten quite soiled. It is a light tan and shows up dirt easily. Albert did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very meticulous about his work. When he was finished it didn't look like the same carpet.

Albert showed up in the widow of the promised. I noticed he put some padding around the hose where he had to pull it between two banisters. I thought that was a nice touch as he was being carful not damage anything. Overal carpets look great and I would hire him again. I like that he does all the work himself vs a big company that just sends out random crews to do the cleaning.

Alberto arrived late. He said that even though description said his service gets out bad smells and tough stains it did not cover pet stains. He said I had to pay $50 extra for that. When I first called he tried hard to get me to pay him directly rather than go through Angie's list. He wore mask to do cleaning so I doubt it is the "green" cleaning that is not harmful to pets or children that he advertised. I had to request several times he do all the area I paid for. He had a bad attitude and seemed angry.. After he left the carpet smelled really musty. Like a rug does after a basement if flooded. The pet stains were still there. Through AL I requested %50 reimbursed since his service the end result was not what was promised. This review was supposed to have been written up many months ago by an AL customer service employee. My paid memberbership to AL is a waste. Every service has been bad.

"Well you said it, that every Service Provider you hired in Angies List has been bad. Who has the problem right now? For the record I did not arrive late, in case I will arrive late, I call the client beforehand to inform him/her that I will be late. What'[Member Name Removed] wrong if I wear mask when I do pre spray? I told you that in a busy day I have 3 or 4 or 5 jobs I'm dealing with solutions whether it is regular solutions or green solutions I still have to protect myself. When I arrived to your house and dealt with you I knew you are different that'[Member Name Removed] the reason you said that every service provider in Angies List has been bad. We the service providers at Angies List are not the problem, you are. I had no bad attitude when I arrived, you are the one who had attitude and I never told you to pay me directly, I always tell client to buy the service at Angies List. And also why only now that you're complaining. I did the work months ago. You should call me a day after and complain about my work if you're not satisfied and I'm willing to repeat the job for free. That'[Member Name Removed] the art of professionalism I cant' promise that my work if perfect every time but I'm willing the repeat it if someone has complain. I never hear anything from you for more than 5 months! You are different I learned that and I think whoever service providers you hired before from Angies List have the same experience as what I experienced. Thank you for your review."

I have used Albert's Carpet Cleaning in the past and was so happy and pleased with the results that I decided to use his company for future cleaning projects. Albert is extremely prompt with return calls, texts or messages. It was easy to schedule and Albert was on time for my appointment. He looked over all areas to be cleaned and I showed him a couple of spots that I was hoping he could eliminate. He did a great job and my carpets are looking brand new. I will continue to use his services and recommend to others.

Wonderful! The carpet looked much better and Alberto was efficient, courteous, and extremely responsive. The price was much more competitive than others we called. We plan to use Albert's again for our carpet cleaning in the future!

We have used Albert’s Carpet Cleaning for our yearly carpet cleaning for the passed 3 years. He responds very quickly, works around our schedule, is personable and courteous, and his work is outstanding. We have 2 small kids and 2 cats who do quite a bit of damage to our ivory carpets, but he gets out every bit of stain and mystery substance, making our 7 year old carpets look like new again.

The morning of Thursday, August 31, 2017, Albert cleaned all of the carpet in a surprisingly quick time of less than an hour. However, upon inspection of his work, I noticed the bi-fold closet door in the second bedroom was off its track. When I questioned Albert about why the door was off its track, he said it was already broken, denied causing the damage, and repeatedly blamed me for breaking the bi-fold closet door. Albert visited each room before he began cleaning the carpet and would have noticed a bi-fold closet door leaning outside of its track and inoperable. I inspected all of the bi-fold doors in the condominium 15 minutes before Albert's arrival. They were all on their tracks and working properly. Now that particular bi-fold door is damaged and unusable. The door has never been broken or needed repair/ replacement until the morning of Thursday August 31, 2017 - the day Albert steam-cleaned the carpet in the second bedroom including the carpet in the closed enclosed by the bi-fold doors. Albert refused to compensate me for this bi-fold door that he broke. I am also extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the carpet cleaning itself. Spots/stains still remain on the wall-to-wall carpet throughout, but particularly in the dining room and the hallway. In addition, Albert removed his carpet cleaning equipment to his van before I returned, eliminating the opportunity for me to analyze and evaluate his steam-cleaning of the carpet so that Albert could correct any shortcomings in his work.

"As everybody can see, I really have an excellent reviews from my clients. Mr. [Member Name Removed] gave me an "F" rating not for my work but for the reason that Angies List and Paypal denied his request to refund the money he paid for the service. I'm quoting the documentation I did on Angies List and Paypal regarding this matter and why this guy was denied his refund. "Hi [Member Name Removed], as per out conversation last Friday, I am now documenting what happened. He purchased my $199 offer up to 1,000 sq.ft. of carpet cleaning. I DID THE WORK, I FINISHED THE WORK AND THEY HAVE NO COMPLAIN ABOUT MY WORK. This guy [Member Name Removed] set me up. When I arrived I noticed this guy kept on insisting that I clean inside the closets, he repeated this several times. When I was about to start carpet cleaning, I noticed that the left door on one of the closets was broken, I did not break this, it was broken when I arrived. So this is the reason why he kept on telling me to clean inside the closet so I could touch the broken door and blame me afterwards. When they arrived after cleaning I noticed that they (he and his sister) went straight to the room where the broken closet door was and checked it and instantly blamed me that I broke the closet door. Before all of this, this guy called me about a month ago asking my method of cleaning and kept insisting to use the tools that I don't use anymore up to the point that I had to raise my voice to stop him from talking because what he was saying did not make any sense at all. For some reason I think he purchased the offer as a "revenge" regarding our past conversation. It was a set up, he knew and his sister knew that the closet door was already broken when I arrived." This guy had no comments on the work I did during that day, he was so focused on the broken closet door from beginning to end, only on his review to me that he mentioned about spots and stains. I find this weird. I discussed this with Angies List representative after I finished the work on that same day. I informed him what happened and told me to wait if this guy would give me a bad review. I hope Angies LIst will do something about this. Albert's Carpet Cleaning"

Albert came in and removed every stain. EVERY stain. In addition, he shampooed, cleaned, and sanitized the entire carpet. He was polite, professional, and did an amazing job. Previously, we had him work on the carpet in our rental unit after the renters moved out and it was an excellent job (which is why we hired him again). Highly recommended.
