We initially reached out to several companies for quotes, but we selected KBR because the designer (Silviya) made such a great impression when she came to our home to take measurements and to collect our requirements for the project. She asked great questions, gave helpful advice, and she helped us select the right design and materials to ensure that we ended up with bathrooms that we love. Throughout the project, the Project Manager, Omer, kept us informed of the process and schedule, answered our questions, and he ensured that communication between us, the subcontractors, and the crew doing the work was seamless. The crew was at our house from 8-5 every day, they put down drop cloths to cover the floor from the front door to the bathroom, and they cleaned up well before leaving each day. The team was led by Urias whose attention to detail, eye for design, and experience resulted in bathrooms that exceeded our expectations in every way. "I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away. He also set up the new pump in a way that it was elevated so it would be less likely to be impacted by debris in the future."
