Job felt rushed, would not recommend; low quality, high price. Crew did not bring their own cleaning tools (i.e. vacuum) and asked to borrow mine and then hurriedly/haphazardly cleaned the area and still left a mess for me to clean up, left their trash in my home and caused damage to part of the flexible aluminum foil dryer vent duct. They covered this with aluminum foil tape and said to keep an eye on it. While cleaning the dryer vent from the inside of the home, their tools repeatedly hit the dry vent cover where it exited the home rather than removing the dryer vent cover. The dryer vent brush they used was very worn, they did not clean the lint trap and lint trap area in my dryer itself either. After I paid, the technician was insistent I leave a review for the small business. I was hesitant to do this and asked him for the website to go to consider leaving a review, etc. at this point the technician took my phone out of my hands and struggled to get the webpage up on my phone.

We had all of the necessary equipment to climb the two storeys and exit through the roof vent. After everything was clear, he polished the dryer so it looked brand new.
