"Home Genius Exteriors replaced and disposed of my gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and fixed facia where it was damaged, with a complete replacement system, all within 24 hours from my first meeting with them. Their service was professional, work crew was personable and left no evidence of being on my property except for, the awesome new gutter system on my house. Seriously, if I wouldn't have seen them doing the work, you wouldn't know they were there, it was like a Home Makeover reveal or something - the whole experience impressed me and I'm skeptical to a fault. The best statement I can say is, while my Wife and I were walking around our house, she smiled and said, "I can't wait for it to rain!" I can't either. Thanks HGE."

"Very prompt response. Very quickly identified cause of problem -- water backing up in gutters with gutter guard system and leaking into house -- and remedy. Found issues with chimney and rotted wood under valley in another area of roof and took care of those too. Crew was prompt and worked hard."

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List. Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out. In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense. His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate). He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so. Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day! There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form. A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business. I can't imagine how the service could have been any better. We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"Pleasant experience from start to finish. The estimate was very detailed & showed the estimator listened carefully. The office staff were very friendly and responsive with executing the contract. The crew was efficient & thorough. We are very particular and they ensured we were happy with the finished product. It's difficult to find reliable and reasonably priced contractors and Summerland will be our go-to going forward for all gutter, roofing, and siding needs. We will be referring them to all of our friends as well."
