He is extremely customer-focused and said repeatedly that he is all about making sure that his customers are 100% happy. And we are, two years after the work was done. (Sorry Zach for taking so long to post this!) His crew replaced all of our gutters after we had our entire roof replaced. They also put metal covers on all exterior wood trim, so we never have to worry about that again.
