The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process. "My slight downgrade was based on little miscues in communication about arrival time and pricing. The work was excellent overall. The principal repair of an intermittent leak was diagnosed well, as the resulting work has survived more than a bit of strong rain and wind with no more water incursion. A minor complaint about drip edge installation was remedied completely, with all new materials again and finer workmanship. They sent a crew manager to re-do it on a return visit, at my convenience, refusing to accept any more payment and were quite decent about the request. I would certainly use the services of Champion Home Improvement again. They did what they were supposed to, and more."
