The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process. "Mike Suerman came and reviewed the job came well prepared with thier gutter guards answered all of my mother's questions as well as follow up one from me. Once the decision to move ahead with all new gutters, guards and downspouts he came the following morning and had it done that day. My mother is very pleased with the job and customer service which is no small feat. Mike even went back out before the job to determine if there appeared to be any underlying damage and was very forthright as well as the cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and Mike to anyone looking for new gutters or guards. Mike even made a last minute request to move 2 of the downspouts work with no problem. "well, i got conflicting stories. there was a language barrier between the techs and myself. the techs said they could not complete the job; the service rep told me to ignore that. they told me they could not do the repair, i d need someone with scaffolding. yet they szy the gutters were cleaned. skeptical . water remains in the gutter."
