As always, we received an email and a phone call to let us know when the HVAC technician would be arriving. The Holtzople HVAC technicians are always very professional, clean, thorough, and polite and friendly. They are always willing to answer any questions we have, and their expertise and experience are evident in the excellent service they provide."

"DC Area - Presidential Heating. We have a two-zone system to cover basement+first floor and separately the second floor and both failed, unbelievably, within a few days of each other while on a trip. Late morning on a Sunday I googled emergency HVAC and saw all these 2 star companies and then I saw an impossibly high rating for Presidential Heating and that they don't charge extra for weekends. Ayite (fantastic) came out and fixed both systems and they were way more than reasonable. And now we have heat upstairs and downstairs! yaaaaaaaa. Our previous HVAC company got their scruples from the Sopranos while Presidential is a godsend."

Although I have very little knowledge of HVAC, Sean was able to identify, explain, and plan the maintenance of my current system in language I understood and that seemed reasonable. Sean was very responsive via text during our scheduling and I'm happy with the expert level of detail he showed during inspection. I would highly recommend working with him or his team. Update: Sean came back out to resolve my filtration issues and also fixed some other problems that he noticed in the process without increasing the negotiated price. "Excellent service from Hecomo. Technician did not try to push purchase of a new HVAC system even though there were major issues with our system, feel comfortable while talking with an advisor. Very knowledgeable, patiently, friendly and nice person, answer all my questions. Later on, we decided to replace the whole new system with fair price and wasn’t ripped off as others. "I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

"The Buric team did a great job of installing two new HVAC systems in our house at a reasonable price.  This is a family run business, the owners of which take pride in their work and pay attention to detai. The Buric team was also able to add zoning our systems, where other contractors had said this would not be possible.  The work was completed in a timely fashion, and the team cleaned up nicely after itself.  We had two babies in the house, and the team took care not to disrupt their sleep schedules."

"I had a gas leak issue and it was later identified that leak was on the outside of my house and Washington gas company fixed it. In the meantime I had approached Michael Bonsby to come and check if there are any issues inside my house. The contractor showed up and said that there is no issue with the HVAC and the pipes that are connected to the HVAC. He was suggesting that if there is a leak in the pipes that are inside the drywall, I have to contact a plumber. I wish the contracting company advised me that I may need a plumber in case the leak is in the pipes inside the drywall."
